“Fanciful Steer Skull” Sari Silk Purse Charm is just adorable.  A beautiful crystal encrusted skull with flowers pendant is suspended on a hand cut SoRetro Leather feather. This is all used with lovely and colorful Sari Silks and a double strand of seed beads.  Bronze hardware is used.
