Queen of Halloween Purse Charm-#822

#822 Queen of Halloween Purse Charm!  This is another super cute charm! I used an assortment of adorable ribbons on top of layers of black tulle.  To this beautiful blend I added a sweet kitty looking in the crystal gold fish bowl on top of a black SoRetro leather leaf and a multitude of adorable charms.  Silver hardware mixed with a “Queen of Halloween” pendant, and an assortment of fun Halloween charms! A super fun sari silk purse charm!
